Elizabeth is a former classroom educator with 20 years of teaching experience, 18 of those as a 4th grade teacher. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and has experience training substitute teachers and paraprofessionals. She has completed Instructional Coaching training through Jim Knight, “Essential Facilitation”, which trains facilitators on how to lead productive meetings, and she is currently completing “Cognitive Coaching”.
