Sarah Meador is the Director of ROE Services with the Regional Office of Education #8, supporting school districts in Carroll, Jo Daviess, and Stephenson counties in northwest Illinois. She partners with educators and administrators to strengthen instructional practice, support continuous improvement efforts, lead high-quality professional learning, as well as oversee compliance and Principal Support.

Her areas of expertise include student engagement, classroom management, motivation strategies, and social-emotional learning. Sarah is also the Associate Director of Whole Brain Teaching and regularly supports schools in implementing practical strategies that increase student motivation and engagement.

Sarah holds a Professional Educator License with endorsements in elementary education, middle school mathematics, and general science, and is currently working toward her Principal Endorsement through Aurora University, anticipated Fall 2026.
