Regina worked as a Social Studies Teacher and coach for four years before shifting careers. After a decade with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, she returned to education as Director of Student Equity at Monmouth College for eight years. She received her Bachelor of Arts in History with a Political Science & Secondary Education minor and a Middle School Endorsement.
