Across her career, Dawn has coached superintendents, principals, and cross functional teams; facilitated large scale improvement efforts; and co-developed tools like the Systemic Improvement Framework and Implementation Continuum. Whether she’s guiding a district through strategic planning or helping a team strengthen its culture, her goal is always the same: create the conditions where people can do their best work.
