I am a retired Illinois Educator. I have been a HS Business Teacher, HS Dean of Students, Athletic Director, Assistant HS Principal and HS Principal. In addition I was a District Superintendent for 21 years. I have recently completed an interim position as Chief Education Officer for ISBE. I have expertise in School Improvement Planning, School Improvement Coaching, Using Data to inform Instruction and the ISBE Statewide System of Accountability and Support.
