Presenter Biography

Teresa Kaiser retired from Springfield #186 school district after 35 years of working at a variety of positions from special education to regular education and as a school improvement coach. Specific experiences included elementary LD resource, a co-teacher at the 9-12 level, an elementary BD- LD self-contained classroom, and regular education 3-5th grades. As a school improvement coach she was responsible for exploring data, developing and monitoring school improvement plans with school teams as well as modeling processes for Leadership Teams.
Teresa currently works at ROE #51 leading professional development on Social Emotional Learning and guiding school teams in living their school work plans.
