Dr. Sarah Mumm has been a leader in educational innovation for 23 years. She leads her district in the adoption of personalized learning and learner profiles for students. She has been building and modeling collective efficacy practices among staff and students in order to bring higher levels of job satisfaction and student learning. She has a doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instructional with an emphasis on empathy in reading practices. Dr. Sarah Mumm focuses on innovative practices in all content areas and takes the time to inspire each staff member she works with.
