I believe that all educators strive to be the very best they can for kids. Therefore, it is my mission to empower and support them on their journey. I focus, primarily, on Mentoring/New Teacher Induction, Teacher Evaluation (Danielson Framework), Growth Mindset/Social Emotional Learning, English Language Arts, and Early Childhood programs as a KIDS certified trainer. I joined West40 after serving on the School Board of Lombard School District 44 for eight years—four as president—and working as a primary level classroom teacher, paraprofessional, and reading and math interventionist.
