AA#1923 School Finance Made Easy for Every Administrator (CANCELLED)

This academy will benefit all administrators with an “easy to understand” format that develops and manages budgets at their administrative level. The decentralization of finance along with site based fiscal management will be covered. The dissemination component will be completed during the session and participants will develop a budget and show mastery of the fiscal concepts that they will implement in their role.
