AA #3810: School Leadership in a VUCA World. The New Leadership Skill Needed to Navigate the Journey

$175Today’s world is marked with uncertainty, challenges, & disruption. In the 1990’s, the US Army War College developed the term VUCA to describe these situations as challenges to modern military operations. VUCA describes situations marked with Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, & Ambiguity. The acronym may have been developed for military situations but is undoubtedly applicable to world situations challenging leaders today. All leaders of any organization live & lead in a VUCA world today. This academy will focus on how practical communication, coaching skills, & reflection can be a guide to navigating a VUCA world. Prework will be assigned to each participant & due before the Academy takes place.
Participants need a fully charged laptop & prepare to turn on their video camera the entire Academy. Laptops required for all participants in order to complete your Application/Dissemination activity whether you’re attending this Academy face-to-face OR online.
