AA #2001 – Initial Teacher Evaluator Training

This 2 day academy is for administrators that are seeking initial certification to evaluate teaching staff and replaces Growth Through Learning modules that were discontinued on December 31, 2018. Inter-rater reliability, observation best practices, use of student data, and working with teachers collaboratively to improve instructional practices are the intended outcomes.

This training is for those seeking INITIAL certification to evaluate teachers, not for re-certification to evaluate teachers.
