$200.00Participants will learn how to utilize current evaluation data for all licensed staff to create individual, targeted small group and schoolwide professional development plans. The academy will emphasis the important of collaboration skills in working with groups of teachers to achieve comprehensive plans. Participants will use professional learning plan (PLP) tools to develop detailed plans aligned with school improvement goals to address defined needs. This academy requires 1 hour of pre-work before attending the session.
